At St Marys Band Club, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all members and guests. Our policies and regulations ensure responsible service of alcohol, responsible gaming, and adherence to club rules. All patrons must comply with dress codes, entry requirements, and behaviour standards while on the premises. Underage individuals must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, and appropriate identification is required for entry. On 2 July 2007 the NSW Government’s “Smoking Free Environment Amendment Act” came into full force. The legislation prohibits smoking and the use of vapes & e-cigarettes indoors in all clubs and pubs, however, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
The Club has 2 outdoor areas which have stylish decor, quality furnishings and provide a relaxed atmosphere for all members to enjoy.

MANAGEMENT’S RIGHT:
At all times and under all circumstances, Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or to ask them to leave the premises, who in the opinion of Management, does not comply with the above Club Regulations pertaining to dress.
